AGAT is not able to collect VAT as we are still waiting on our EU VAT registration solution. So this means that the Customer is liable for VAT and duties and will be charged on delivery. If customer does not pay the VAT and duties then unfortunately your item will not be handed over by the courier and will be sent back to AGAT. |
