Your order will be processed as quickly as possible, usually within 2 working days.  You will receive an email confirmation from us after you place your order and a second email notification of delivery when the goods are shipped. You can expect to receive your order 3-7 working days from shipment, depending on the service selected, your location and allowing a little extra time during extremely busy periods such as in the lead up to Christmas.

Delivery within the USA and Canada

We offer a dedicated checkout for North American customers with USD prices and localized shipping from our Chicago warehouse.  Please visit our USA Shop at www.agirlforalltime.com

You must use the USA Shop if you wish to receive local delivery rates for North America. 

Delivery from the USA Shop is available to the lower 48 states, Alaska and Hawaii.  Delivery rates are calculated at checkout and are based on best available courier or local postal rates as determined by your postal code and weight of the items. 

Please note: if you choose our Parcel Forwarding option this is a much less expensive option for international shipping and will take between 2-3 weeks to arrive. This is due to the Parcel Forwarding system which sends your item first to a local hub, where it is then forwarded onto your country's local carrier. 

Delivery within the United Kingdom and the EU

Delivery elsewhere 

We are happy to ship just about anywhere in the world. Shipping costs for a doll and 1-2 costumes is c. $45-$60. Smaller orders for items such as books will be less. Delivery is usually within 7 days for most major cities throughout the world. Please allow slightly longer for more remote locations.

You may purchase a doll via the UK website for international delivery if shipping to Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, South Africa and the USA.
